Hybrid Building Automation Branch Manager

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations for a commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS) division supporting major clients across Dallas and its surrounding areas. This individual will take ownership of all active projects, balancing hands-on project oversight with estimating, financial management, and customer relationship development. The ideal candidate brings deep BAS experience, understands low-voltage system installations, and has grown from the field into leadership. This role offers strong earning potential through profit-based bonuses, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to grow and shape a regional market.

Oversee all BAS projects within the branch (New branch looking to gain and build new projects)
Manage projects ranging from $1,500 to $300K (up to ~$2M total workload)
