What We’re Offering:

• Potential Annual Salary: $80,000 to $105,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
• Bonus: Attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years – we’ll explain during the interview)
• Hybrid Model: Blend of in‑person (center‑based and in‑home) supervision with up to 50% of direct supervision conducted remotely when clinically appropriate. Most case management and indirect work can also be completed remotely.
