**Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician** **Job Description**
This role supports a large federal training facility by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and operating a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment in a mission-critical environment that requires 24/7 facility support. The position is open to both HVAC Technician I and HVAC Technician II level professionals and offers the opportunity to work under the guidance of a Senior HVAC Technician while contributing to preventative maintenance programs and corrective repair activities throughout the campus.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and equipment in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC mechanical and control system issues to ensure reliable operation.
+ Maintain and service VRV/VRF systems, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, rooftop units (RTUs), air handling units (AHUs), split systems, ...
