HVAC team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.

Job Purpose

Complete HVAC tasks as required.

Key Accountabilities

• Complete HVAC tasks as required
• Identify opportunities for new work and escalated to client and/or manager
• Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing
• Adhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements
• Any other duties as required by your manager

Key Measures of Performance

• All works completed within timeframes to standard required
• Logon and logoff KPI achievement
• Completed works accurately recorded and sent to admin team for invoicing within stipulated time frames.
• Future work identified and escalated to client and/or manager
• Internal and external customer satisfaction
