**Job Title: HVAC Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC units, furnaces, and heat pumps. The typical workday is from 8 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility to work late as needed. You will be responsible for running service calls independently and completing equipment installations with the assistance of a helper.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in residential and occasionally commercial environments.
+ Utilize knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts for various projects.
+ Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests.
+ Replace and modify equipment or systems as needed or requested by customers.
+ Communicate effectively with customers to address service requests.
