Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Maintain and repair AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and related equipment.
• Oversee lighting and power distribution systems as required.
• Execute modifications or new installations as directed by the supervisor.
• Proactively recommend the purchase of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and health and safety regulations.

Service Delivery & Management

• Provide high-quality, prompt, and courteous facility management service to guests and co-workers.
• Accurately report work completion or identified issues to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
