**Job Scope:**

+ Perform facilities maintenance with an emphasis on HVAC systems
+ Inspect and log findings on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
+ Operate on a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and systems
+ Work with commercial-level facilities
+ Reading & interpreting blueprints and schematic drawings
