HVAC Technician

**Job Description:**

The HVACR Technician will be responsible for servicing, repair, and preventative maintenance on all HVACR systems. The individual will maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment including the operations of industrial boilers, an ammonia-based cooling system, and HVACR equipment for a large production facility, engineering labs, and office areas. The individual should have a strong background with troubleshooting equipment and some knowledge of HVAC automation systems.

Essential Functions:

+ Knowledge of HVAC fan coil units with the ability to clean, drain, and repair coils, steam, and cold water lines
+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair small cabinet coolers for electronic equipment cabinets, 1.5 to 5 ton chillers, multi-stack chillers, and water cooled condensers
+ Experience with the operation and maintenance for hot water and steam boilers including the install or repair of piping
