Cummings Plumbing Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Sales & Lead Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical skills with excellent customer service and sales ability.
You will be responsible for diagnosing HVAC systems, presenting repair and replacement options.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, HVAC systems
- Present repair and replacement option to customers
- Generate and close sales opportunities
- Lead and manage assigned jobs
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Follow company safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience preferred
- Strong communications and sales skills
- EPA Certification
- Valid Arizona drivers license
