This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **up to $48/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Service existing commercial building
+ Preventive maintenance on building's HVAC units
+ Clean, repair and in times replacing systems.
+ Able to diagnose, troubleshoot and remedy HVAC issues

**Requirements**

+ 8+ years of commercial HVAC experience with at least 4 years of service experience
+ Must pass a drug screen, and background check
