Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Administrator to support our growing service department. This role will serve as a critical liaison between customers, technicians, dispatch, accounting, and management to ensure efficient service operations from job intake through billing and closeout.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the HVAC industry and possess a strong understanding of service coordination, dispatching, parts management, warranties, AIA billing, and ServiceTitan software .
