HVAC Sales Engineer

Job Description

• Approach new potential installers as authorized Installer
• Monitor the installation quality of installers and issue weekly reports on installation failure cases
• Identify the salesperson within each installer team and train them on how to sell GREE products.
• Work closely with the engineering and product teams to develop tailored solutions for customers
• Complete the monthly sales targets and meet the required number of installer authorizations and registrations
• Organize regular technical training for installers

Requirements

• Proven track record in project sales, ideally within the HVAC or broader building services industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and their applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with customers
