Salary:
$100,000 Base + uncapped commission, Year one estimated OTE $180-220k+
100% employee paid benefits, 401k w/ match
Work from home office + 20% travel within territory
Territory: MI, IN, OH, Western PA, KY, WV

HVAC Regional Sales Director
The Regional Sales Director will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales, and his or her primary responsibilities will be to assume responsibility of effective sales strategies that drive the company sales goals and business objectives in the defined territory.
