A highly respected Midwest mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee complex commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Chicagoland market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects up to $5M+
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, scheduling, subcontractors, and change orders
• Identify value engineering and prefabrication opportunities
• Lead project teams and mentor junior staff
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

• 7+ years of mechanical construction project management experience
