Description

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects from initial client engagement through project completion.
This role blends project execution + client-facing sales + financial ownership, giving you full responsibility for delivering successful projects while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. What You’ll Be Doing Manage mechanical/HVAC/plumbing projects from concept through completion
Develop estimates, proposals, and contracts to win and execute work
Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, and installation sequencing
Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
