A well-established mechanical services contractor is seeking a driven HVAC Project Manager OR a Project Engineer ready to step up - to deliver light commercial projects typically ranging from $100k up to $500k, along with projects up to $1/2M.

This opportunity is suited for someone from a mechanical plumbing, HVAC, or refrigeration trade background who is looking for autonomy, strong leadership support, and the ability to run projects with their own approach.

About the Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of a steady pipeline of projects across:

• Schools
• Aged care facilities
• Office fit-outs
• Apartment developments

Works include fit-outs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations, offering a strong mix of variety and repeat client work.
