HVAC Project Engineer: Design, Coordination & Delivery

Responsibilities

• Prepare scheduled updates on construction activities and analyze manpower and equipment needs to support project progress
• Design Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Systems that fulfill client requirements and project specifications
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors during project meetings to align project goals
• Prepare project documentation including Progress Claims, Materials Submissions, Risk Assessments, Drawings, and Final Settlements to ensure accurate project tracking
• Liaise with procurement teams to monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for project continuity
• Maintain oversight of project budgets, schedules, and databases, and provide regular progress reports to the project manager highlighting potential cost or schedule impacts
