Job Description
We are seeking a NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of construction project on the trim side of HVAC new construction
* Allocate resources for assigned projects
* Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
* Interact with superintendents/project managers of builders
* Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
* Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
