**Job Description**

An HVAC Manufacturing Production Assembler works on a team assembly line, following drawings to build units. The role involves installing, fastening, wiring, and testing components such as fans, coils, motors, and sheet metal parts.

**Main duties:**

+ Assemble HVAC units, including air handlers, heat exchangers, and ductwork
+ Build the outer sheet metal shell and install internal components (materials are pre-fabricated)
+ Install and connect motors, compressors, fans, valves, and controls
+ Use hand and power tools to secure parts and ensure proper alignment and sealing
+ Perform basic wiring and connections
+ Follow SOPs, safety, and quality standards
+ Check for leaks in piping systems and ensure products meet drawing specifications
