HVAC Mechanic

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Mechanic-HVAC performs preventative maintenance and repairs to HVAC equipment in addition to other general building maintenance duties throughout the facility.


Essential Functions:
+ Promptly respond to various problems throughout facility regarding HVAC systems.
+ Complete preventative maintenance on Air Handlers, Supply Fans, Fan Coil Units, Variable Air Volume, and other VAC related equipment, keeping maintenance and repair logs updated for all work completed.
+ Assist with A/C inventory on parts and stock.
+ Maintain a safe working environment and use all PPE’s as required.
+ Maintain working knowledge of building automation systems at venue.
+ Assist with all HVAC repairs and setup in Kitchen.
+ Replace belts, filters, cleans coils as needed or directed.
