The HVAC Mechanic 3 is licensed and performs HVAC and building systems maintenance, repair work, and responds to the corrective needs of HVAC equipment, and system components.

+ Maintains up-to-date records on work performed and pending, and reports information routinely to appropriate managing staff.
+ Participates in applicable HVAC or safety training opportunities.
+ Reads prints, sketches, and diagrams to perform job functions.
