This role is responsible for performing HVAC service and preventive maintenance, as well as general facility maintenance and repair tasks throughout different locations.
Summary
Shift: 7:30am - 4pm
Pay: $23 - $27/ hour depending on experience plus mileage reimbursement.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on rooftop units, furnaces, heat pumps, and cooling towers
- Inspect and ensure proper operation of all HVAC equipment
- Adjust and replace thermostats
