Are you a skilled HVAC technician ready to lead maintenance operations in a high-impact environment? We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead – HVAC Technician to join our team and ensure the reliability and performance of all HVAC and related systems at our state-of-the-art facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration repairs on HVAC equipment with minimal supervision.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and other types of control systems.
+ Maintain boilers, heating systems, and associated equipment.
+ Install new equipment and relocate existing assets as needed.
+ Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to identify required repairs, minimizing interruptions to production.
+ Complete and maintain accurate maintenance work requests and records.
+ Ensure work areas remain clean and clear of hazardous conditions.
