**Job Title: HVAC Installer**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on installing and replacing residential HVAC systems, primarily furnaces, within a long-term Section 8 housing project in Lorain, OH. You will work 10-hour days from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., performing change-outs, running ductwork, and completing line sets while maintaining clean, neat, and reliable workmanship.

**Responsibilities**

+ Remove existing furnaces safely and efficiently in residential units within a Section 8 housing project.
+ Install new furnaces and related HVAC equipment according to project specifications and industry standards.
+ Run and install ductwork, ensuring proper layout, sizing, and secure connections for optimal system performance.
+ Perform HVAC system change-outs, including disconnecting, removing, and replacing equipment and components.
+ Install and connect line sets and related refrigerant piping; ability to perform sine sets is considered a plus.
