**Job Description:**

**What You’ll Do**

+ Work under the guidance of a Lead HVAC Technician
+ Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repairs
+ Keep accurate records of work completed
+ Deliver a positive, professional experience to every customer
+ Support the team with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed

**Experience & Skills**

+ **1–3 years of HVAC** maintenance, service, or installation experience
+ Strong interest in growing your HVAC career and customer service skills
+ Willingness to invest in personal tools

**What You’ll Bring**
