HVAC Field Supervisor

We're seeking an HVAC Field Supervisor to oversee controls installations for one of our client's commercial mechanical projects. Our client is a respected controls and mechanical contractor with a strong project pipeline across institutional, healthcare, and large commercial work. Their field leadership team is tenured, technically sharp, and known for running clean jobs from kickoff through closeout. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily field operations across multiple active jobsites including manpower, schedule, and quality Coordinate with general contractors, mechanical trades, and engineering teams on installation sequencing Submit and track RFIs, permitting documentation, and submittal packages through project lifecycle Lead startup, point-to-point checkout, and commissioning activities with project engineers Mentor field technicians and enforce safety, workmanship, and documentation standards on site QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC controls and DDC systems ...
