HVAC Estimator

Gpac has partnered with a Mechanical Contractor that is looking to add an HVAC Estimator to their team.  The ideall candidate will have experience with HVAC, piping, and plumbing.  They are a top tier company that focuses on work life balance.  

Estimator Duties:

• Ensure timely estimates and submission of proposals with an emphasis on cost, schedule, and scope of work accuracy
• Understand and manage safety requirements, local building codes, and tax information for each project per location.
• Manage site walk-throughs and document items observed and discussed with the client or key specialty contractors up to point of bid submission
• Help build mutually rewarding relationships with potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Update and modify estimating database with cost data as required.
