HVAC Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for an HVAC Engineer to join the team located in Felling, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

The Purpose of the Role

To provide engineering support to complete planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out planned maintenance on all air conditioning equipment in line with the PPM planner.
• Complete AHU filter changes in line with the PPM planner.
• Maintain up to date records of work carried within the site F‑Gas file and complete all necessary site paperwork as directed.
• Complete all permits and documentation required to complete the tasks in a safe manner.
• Complete reactive maintenance requests as required.
• Maintain plant and services to ensure optimal operational performance in a safe, efficient and economic manner.
