- Modeling: Develop detailed 3D HVAC models (chilled water, ducting, VRF, etc.) using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Coordination: Perform clash detection using Navisworks to resolve conflicts with structural, architectural, and other MEP services.
- Documentation: Generate shop drawings, installation drawings, and technical layouts.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure models adhere to project specifications, industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA), and BIM execution plans.
- Quantity Take-offs: Extract, material schedules, and equipment lists (BOQ) from the model.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and site personnel to update models based on revisions.
