Role: Hunter Location: Noida Experience: 8-14 years of IT industry experience Responsibility: Drive incremental new business growth across the assigned $1Bn–$5Bn Mid‑Market customer segment. Build market awareness and demand for HCLTech services within allocated customer accounts. Penetrate assigned customers and industry segments, expanding footprint and identifying new growth opportunities. Execute go‑to‑market strategies for the assigned territory, with clear pipeline creation and revenue targets. Lead executive‑level engagements, including high‑value discussions with CIOs, Portfolio Directors, and senior stakeholders. Collaborate with the partner ecosystem and GTM teams, working with ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to drive market momentum and define effective deal motions.
