- 6–8 years of experience in SAP HCM (HR).
- Strong expertise in:
- Personnel Administration (PA)

- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll (India or other relevant region)
- Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations.
- Good understanding of SAP HR integration with other modules.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
