HR Services Delivery Specialist – DACH (Lisbon | Hybrid | Contract)

Summary

Tier 1 HR Shared Services role supporting employees across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Delivering accurate, compliant HR support in German and English from the Lisbon hub within a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR queries (DACH region)
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, and employee data changes
• Handle HRIS transactions using Workday/ServiceNow/Oracle
• Ensure accurate case logging, documentation, and SLA compliance
• Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 / regional HR teams
• Maintain GDPR and local compliance standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years HR/shared services or admin/customer support experience
• Fluent German (native/near-native) + strong English
• Experience with HRIS tools (Workday/ServiceNow preferred)...
