We are looking for an HR Recruiter cum HR Executive to manage internal hiring and core HR operations within our US Staffing organization. The role involves recruiting for internal positions such as Recruiters, Sales, Account Managers, HR, and support teams, along with handling onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end internal recruitment.

Source, screen, and coordinate interviews.

Handle offer rollout and joining formalities.

Manage onboarding and HR documentation.

Support payroll coordination and employee engagement.

Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in internal hiring (preferably staffing industry).
