Summary About the Position: Serves as a Human Resources (HR) Specialist working in Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) Defense Health Agency, Center of Excellence (DHA COE), Workforce Development Center. Responsibilities Determine training needs and products to facilitate the Network and Workforce Development (WFD) CoE training vision, in consultation with management officials.
