Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in the recruitment referral and placement of applicants. Serves as a point of contact for filing of applications for positions at all levels. Provides general information about vacancies and application procedures. Reviews applications submitted for completeness. Administers Stanton survey and criminal background checks. Forward completed surveys and forms for processing. Exercises tact and diplomacy in dealing with applicants.
