Human Resources Payroll Manager

Job Summary

The HR Payroll Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing group payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll delivery across operations and subsidiary companies. This role acts as the final reviewer and approver for payroll matters, manages the payroll team, and governs Operations PICs and Subsidiary PICs to ensure alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Responsibilities: -

1. Payroll Leadership & Approval

2. Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll operations for the Group.

3. Act as the final reviewer and approver for payroll calculations, adjustments, and payouts.
4. Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
5. Review payroll inputs including attendance, allowances, overtime, claims, and deductions.

6. Handle escalated payroll discrepancies, sensitive cases, and statutory matters....
