Human Resources Officer

Aeconos Lda, the affiliate of A2F Consulting in Portugal, is seeking a Human Resources Officer  to support our growing team in Lisbon. This role will assist in implementing HR processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations where A2F Consulting operates.

A2F Consulting is an international consulting firm specializing in advisory services and policy advice in financial and private sector development in emerging markets. Founded in 2007, we operate globally with offices in Washington, D.C., Frankfurt, Montréal, and Lisbon.

The HR Officer will support the HR function in Portugal and contribute to HR operations across other A2F Consulting offices, working closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes across jurisdictions.

This is an onsite position (not remote) in Lisbon Portugal.
