Aramark is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Operations, home of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, in Lincoln, Nebraska! This will be a fully onsite position requiring a flexible event-based schedule. The Human Resources Manager will take a hands-on approach to provide HR support including but not limited to: staffing, employee relations, employee engagement, and leading the HR team.
**Job Responsibilities**
? Partners with operations to develop and execute a proactive staffing plan. This includes ensuring accurate job postings, consistent hiring events and partnerships with contingent staffing vendors.
? Supports hiring managers throughout the hiring process of all hourly team members
? Manages staffing for events for Soccer, Volleyball, Football, Catering, and Special Events
? Manages any ER issues ensuring compliance with corporate/district level policies and federal/s...
