Human Resources Manager - Park Hyatt Jakarta

**Description:**



You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Manager - Human Resources is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division, assisting the Human Resources leaders with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.



**Qualifications:**



+ Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management

+ Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain

+ Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages

+ Strong in leadership and business acumen

+ Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills...
