Role Summary
The HR Manager at 5DM is the architect of our people strategy. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle—from sourcing specialized AdTech talent to fostering a high-performance culture across our regional offices. You will ensure that 5DM remains a preferred employer in the African tech landscape by balancing rigorous performance management with a supportive, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Technical Recruiting: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized roles (AdTech, Performance Marketing, Finance, and Client Success). Build a pipeline of high-caliber talent across Nairobi, Lagos, and Addis Ababa.
