Reporting to executive leadership, the Human Resources Manager – North America (HR Manager) is responsible for leading HR functions and contributing to HR strategy and people practices across Canada (~180 BMM personnel) and the United States (~80 BMM personnel). The position is an “in office” position based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, but the HR Manager will routinely participate in Teams/Zoom calls with colleagues in the U.S. and elsewhere within BMM’s global footprint.
