Human Resources Manager (Mississauga)

Role & Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager serves as the subject matter expert for HR matters across Canada and the US. The manager will lead Human Resources initiatives in areas such as Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Policy and Procedure Development, health care benefit coordination, Health and Safety and HR Compliance.

Organizational Development

• Partner with the President and Senior Management in creating, formulating, communicating and implementing the organization’s Vision, Values and overall business plans and objectives.
• Work with the Senior Management team to coordinate a company‑wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as organization design, job design, headcount forecasting, succession planning, skills/knowledge development, key employee retention and change management.
