Human Resources Manager

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Provide clear guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on HR policies, regulations, and procedures.
Prepare salary proposals and conduct compensation and benefits analyses to support equitable, competitive decision‑making.
Produce HR metrics and reports, including turnover, absenteeism, hiring, headcount, and benefits utilization.
Lead employee improvement and development initiatives that strengthen performance and engagement.
Manage personnel requisitions, analyze role requirements, and collaborate with leaders to define hiring needs.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes for administrative, management, and direct‑hire positions.
Support new hires through structured follow‑ups, one‑on‑one meetings, and onboarding touchpoints.
Ensure compliance with Internal Work Regulations, the Code of Ethics, and all Quality Management System standards.
