Human Resources Manager

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide clear guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on HR policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Prepare salary proposals and conduct compensation and benefits analyses to support equitable, competitive decision‑making.
• Produce HR metrics and reports, including turnover, absenteeism, hiring, headcount, and benefits utilization.
• Lead employee improvement and development initiatives that strengthen performance and engagement.
