About the Role

We are seeking a Houston-based HR Manager to support rapid workforce expansion at our growing location. This role will focus on onboarding, HR operations, and manager support while partnering closely with site leadership to ensure scalable people processes.

This role is hands-on and operational. You will lead onboarding efforts, support managers, and help establish consistent HR processes as the team grows. This role partners closely with the leadership team to ensure a positive employee experience, consistent HR practices, and strong organizational alignment during a period of expansion.
