We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Manager who will report directly to the Director Human Resource, Central Functions and Learning & Development of ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Greater China & Southeast Asia, based in Shanghai, China. The mission is to translate business strategy into impactful people initiatives, foster a high-performing culture, and drive organizational effectiveness to support our ambitious growth in central functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Business Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic counsel on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.

Partner with Centre of Excellence (CoE) to localize and implement division HR strategies, policies, and programs.

Utilize HR analytics and reporting to provide insights that inform management decisions and track key people metrics.
