This is a key role, responsible for supporting organisational objectives, driving employee development initiatives and partnering closely with the senior leadership team. Candidates are sought with experience with employee development strategies and will have worked in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organisation’s overall business objectives.

Review, update and implement HR policies, procedures and processes.

Partner with the senior leadership team, providing expert guidance and support.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.
