Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all plant HR functions, programs, and activities, including: time & attendance, employment policies, compensation & benefits, training, staffing and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager plans and carries out policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity.
Duties And Responsibilities
Organize and implement process for recruitment, selection and hiring both hourly and salaried personnel.
Advise the Plant Manager on employee-related matters as they relate to the effective and efficient operations of the Plants.
Drive Onboarding/Offboarding, and Retention and Attraction initiatives
Maintain harmonious relations between team members and plant management.
Disseminate management’s position on appropriate matters to team members.
Advise and apply plant handbook , company policies, government labor and employee laws such as LTF, IMSS, NOM035, etc.
