Job Description
- Organize, update, and maintain HR documents and employee files.
- Handle filing of physical and digital HR records in an orderly manner.
- Follow up with employees regarding incomplete or missing HR documents (e.g. forms, copies of ID, contracts).
- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure HR records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
