Job Description

  • Organize, update, and maintain HR documents and employee files.
  • Handle filing of physical and digital HR records in an orderly manner.
  • Follow up with employees regarding incomplete or missing HR documents (e.g. forms, copies of ID, contracts).
  • Assist with daily HR administrative tasks.
  • Ensure HR records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
