Human Resources Intern

We're looking for a proactive HR Recruiter with strong connections and networks in the sales domain to help us build and scale our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment, networking, and talent sourcing, especially for sales roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire sales professionals (cold callers, SDRs, closers, appointment setters)
Leverage personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn, and job portals to source sales talent
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring pipeline
Support onboarding and documentation for new sales hires
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Assist with day-to-day HR operations as required

Prior experience hiring for sales roles is a strong plus
